Master Trainer Weng Kai Lee

Weng’s journey as Trainer started in 2008. He has developed 28 training programs in areas of management, trainer development, workplace safety and TVET to meet client needs and organization standards. Weng has delivered training sessions internationally for MNCs and lectured in academia. He holds Bachelor in Engineering, Masters in Business and professionally trained in ATD Master Trainer, Insights Color Energies and Dale Carnegie’s renowned Human Principled approach. Weng is an accredited HRDC Trainer and HRDC-approved Lead Trainer for HRDC TTT programs by Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Human Resources Ministry Malaysia.

Master Trainer Gerald Kong

Gerald is a highly experienced international Master Trainer and has conducted TTT programs since 2012 for HRDC and BNI. He brings a wealth of course delivery techniques to cater for different learner styles and groups such as management, technical, sales and finance. Gerald completed his ATD Master Trainer program 2025 and holds the HRDC TTT Lead Trainer accreditation.

SCHEDULE
